Product Introduction
The AT-GCK1 series is designed for AC 50Hz low-voltage distribution systems with rated operating voltage 380V–660V, serving power receiving, feeder, bus-tie, lighting, motor control and power compensation applications. It combines Power Center (PC) and Motor Control Center (MCC) functions for industrial enterprises, hotels, airports, hospitals and similar power distribution and motor control applications.
Model Designation
1. Complies with IEC 439, GB 7251.1-1997 and ZBK36001-89 standards.
2. Enclosure protection rating IP40. All withdrawable (or plug-in) components feature electrical or mechanical interlocking to prevent misoperation and ensure safe operation.
3. Incoming main switches provide three-stage protection (overload long-time delay, short-circuit short-time delay and short-circuit instantaneous). Protection coordination with downstream switches avoids cascading trips. Manual/manual, automatic/automatic and automatic transfer functions are available.
4. Auxiliary circuits support local, remote, automatic and local/remote transfer control. Optional voltmeters, ammeters, energy meters and on/off indication for incoming and outgoing circuits.
5. Incoming panels (frame-type feeder panels) accept busbar top incoming (top outgoing), cable top incoming (top outgoing) or bottom incoming (outgoing); feeder panels (withdrawable type) support top or bottom cable outgoing.
6. Modern design, compact structure, simple operation and reliable power supply.
7. Small footprint, easy maintenance, suitable for direct installation inside high-rise buildings, reducing investment and improving operating economics.
8. Identical units of the same specification (withdrawable or plug-in switches) are fully interchangeable. Spare units can be reserved in design for quick replacement during maintenance, minimizing outage time.
9. Basic frame uses modular assembly with standard (8MF) shaped steel; equipment bays and mounting holes are modular at E=20mm pitch; internal components are galvanized. Bolted non-welded construction avoids welding distortion and stress, improves precision, enhances interchangeability and provides high mechanical strength.
10. In MCC schemes, the cabinet is divided into horizontal busbar room, vertical busbar room, functional unit room and cable room with isolation between compartments to prevent fault propagation. All functional units (including capacitor panel switches) use front-mounted rotary operating mechanisms with door interlocking: the door cannot be opened when the switch is closed; the door can only be opened when the switch is open for maintenance. This ensures safe and reliable operation.
11. A comprehensive and reliable earthing protection system is provided; all internal components are galvanized and passivated.
