It can be installed close to load centers to meet the needs of modern high-density urban areas.

The Grade 2 energy-efficiency SC(B)14 cast-resin insulated distribution transformer is flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, moisture-resistant, crack-resistant and maintenance-free. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants, and is especially suitable for installation in locations with strict fire-protection requirements.

  • The Grade 2 energy-efficiency SC(B)14 cast-resin insulated distribution transformer adopts a long-round cross-section and two-frame three-limb structure. No-load loss is reduced by approximately 30% on average compared with SC(B)10 type, delivering significant energy savings.
  • HV windings use copper wire; LV windings use copper wire or copper foil with fiberglass mesh filling. Vacuum casting with filled epoxy resin forms a solid assembly with high mechanical strength, low partial discharge and high reliability.
  • Windings are non-hygroscopic; core clamping parts have molded anti-corrosion protection and can operate at 100% relative humidity and in harsh environments without dehumidification during intermittent operation.
  • Low losses, excellent energy savings, economical operation and maintenance-free service.
  • Compact size, light weight, small footprint and low installation cost; no oil sump, fire-fighting facilities or standby power supply required.
