The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has officially released the 2026 list of provincial Specialized and Sophisticated enterprises. Suzhou Antai Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully selected for its sustained R&D investment and technical leadership in energy-saving transformers.

“Specialized and Sophisticated” enterprises are SMEs characterized by specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation — key forces for supply chain autonomy and control. Antai Electric has long focused on R&D and manufacturing of high-efficiency energy-saving distribution transformers and intelligent complete switchgear. R&D investment has exceeded 6% of revenue over the past three years, with more than 50 authorized patents. Its flagship SCB18 series dry-type transformers achieve no-load and load losses superior to national Level 1 energy efficiency standards.

Provincial evaluation experts noted that Antai Electric stands out in niche market share, core technology innovation, and brand influence, meeting all evaluation criteria for provincial Specialized and Sophisticated enterprises.
