01 / Project Overview
Guangan Electrical Testing Center Co., Ltd.
The National Medium- and Low-voltage Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Dongguan Guangan Electrical Testing Center Co., Ltd.) covers approximately 60 mu with a building area of 34,500 square meters. It is equipped with advanced testing instruments including two 3,500 MVA impulse test generators and three 110 kV substations. Short-circuit test capability reaches 12 kV / 65 kA and 450 V / 280 kA / 0.2 s, making it the first research base in South China and Southeast Asia with high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical testing capability.
The National Smart Grid Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center is a CNAS-accredited high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical laboratory, an IECEE-CB laboratory, and a CCC certification testing laboratory authorized by CNCA. It also undertakes testing for the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision High-voltage Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Inspection Station and Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Transformer Inspection Station. Testing capability is recognized by KEMA (Netherlands), ASTA (UK), DEKRA (Germany), TÜV (Germany), UL (USA), China Classification Society, China Railway Certification Center, State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, China National Nuclear Corporation, CGN, and other domestic and international certification bodies and enterprises. As a registered laboratory (LRTL) of the global Low Voltage Agreement Group (LOVAG), it can issue test reports bearing the LOVAG alliance mark per LOVAG procedures, facilitating customer access to international markets. Products tested at this center can receive CCC, Zhongcheng (CTC), CQC, energy-saving, and PCCC certification reports, CB and CE certificates as required. Test data can support reports for international certification bodies including ASTA (UK), TÜV (Germany), UL (USA), and KTC (Korea), enabling customers to benefit from one test accepted worldwide.
